In most of addiction based divorce, divorce custody is given to non addicted parent and child visitation rights might not be granted.

  • Domestic Violence: Any kind of violence be it physical or mental abuse is considered under domestic violence and is direct reason for divorce. In these cases, custody of children is given to non violent spouse and child visitation rights are restricted .

  • Lack in commitment: If you cannot offer anything to your marriage then it is going to end and this is what happens in most of the lack in commitment divorce cases .
