Leoni and Duchovny, who were married for 17 years, filed for divorce in June and cited "an irretrievable breakdown" as the reason for their permanent separation, according to TMZ via People magazine. A source close to the couple also confirmed with People that the couple actually split months ago.

Although Leoni will have primary physical custody of their two children, Kyd, 12, and Madelaine, 15, the two entertainers will share joint custody of their offspring. Duchovny will be required to pay $8,000 a month in child support, along with a whopping $40,000 a month in spousal support. "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction," the Californication actor said at the time in a statement through his lawyer. "I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

Beyonce and Jay Z Divorce Rumors Heat Up

Beyonce and Jay Z Divorce Rumors Heat Up
Divorce rumors swirling around Beyonce and Jay Z are really heating up. US Weekly is reporting that Beyonce is definitely going to file for divorce in New York according to a well-placed inside source. Is it a case of “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” or is it a bunch of Hollywood gossip rag nonsense? While it is true that many divorce rumors surrounding celebrity couples often turn out to be unfounded, the sheer volume of reports in this case would make anyone wonder whether the entertainment world will soon be reporting on the actual filing of court papers quite soon.

Beyonce and Jay Z are currently on tour together, but their relationship is said the be extremely strained. It is being reported that they barely speak to each other and when they do, it is only about their daughter and nothing else. Previously there were reports coming in that Jay Z was planning a last-ditch effort to save the marriage with a lengthy, romantic vacation during a break in their tour, but no more information has come to light about that in the past two weeks, and now, divorce rumors are heating up to a fever pitch. It seems that the filing of papers might be imminent.

Beyonce Is 'Done' & Preparing to Divorce Jay Z

Beyonce Is 'Done' & Preparing to Divorce Jay Z
Well, this could be even more tabloid bull shit, on top of everything we have already read and seen, but this is coming from Us Weekly, which is a rather reputable source as far as sources go. And it's their cover story! They claim that Beyonce is "done" and is preparing to divorce Jay Z. Is it really the beginning of the end for this power couple? Sources to Us revealed that Beyonce, after her On the Run tour, has already been making preparations to file for divorce. Pretty vague, but still, if official paperwork really is getting ready to be filed, looks like we can expect an announcement when the tour is over.

Apparently the 32-year-old mother of Blue Ivy has "a plan of action in place" whenever she decides to pull the plug on her marriage. One source says "she is done" after their last shows in Paris, France.

Who would have thought that all of this would have started because of an elevator brawl between Solange and Jay Z? The fight took place at the Standard Hotel on May 5 after the Met Ball. Why else would she have gotten that mad at her brother-in-law? It was the elevator brawl seen around the world, and it seemed like the ignition that sparked months and months of rumors afterward.

Beyonce Will File For Divorce In New York, Media Announcement Drafted

Beyonce is set to file for divorce from husband Jay Z according to a new report. The singer is reportedly going to file papers in New York, likely after she and her (soon-to-be ex) husband return from Paris, France in September (they have two tour dates there). According to Hollywood Life, a source says that Beyonce and Jay Z already have astatement for the media ready to go. They will make a formal announcement in the days leading up to or on the day that the papers are filed. Sources say that this split is not surprising and that it was bound to happen.
“They are business partners. They get that together, they are more powerful. It’s totally a business relationship but it can’t last forever.”

Beyonce divorce rumors have been circulating for months. Despite a set of pretty believable PDA moments during Bey and Jay’s On The Run tour, many say that the two are just putting on a show… that it’s all fake. That means that all of those little cheek kisses and sweet smiles are just part of the show. Apparently.

Emilie de Ravin and husband Joshua Janowicz begin divorce proceedings for the second time

The paperwork cites irreconcilable differences for the split, and states that the couple have been separated since November.

This is not the first time the pair have sought to end their marriage.

Six months after they tied the knot in 2006, Emilie began divorce proceedings.

However, her divorce petition laid dormant for two years until Joshua was finally served with divorce papers in 2009.

The couple then announced they were getting a divorce, but once again, the process halted – until now.

Emilie and Josh, who are both 32, dated for three years before Joshua proposed on New Year's Day in 2005 in Melbourne - Emilie's hometown. The pair chose the Australian city for their wedding when they tied the knot in June the following year.

Aussie actress Emilie is best known for playing Claire Littleton on the ABC drama Lost. She currently has a role in the network's fairy tale drama Once Upon A time.
