Robin Thicke, Paula Patton to file for divorce?

Los Angeles: Singer Robin Thicke's marriage to Paula Patton has reportedly come to an end.

The duo have not been living together since their seperation in February, and recently Thicke has put up their house here up for sale.

Sources said that an attorney is already working on a financial settlement of separating their assets, reports tmz.com.

However, neither of the two have hired any divorce lawyer yet, added the source.

Thicke is not willing to take the fest step to file for divorce. He says he has done begging and is moving on.

David Duchovny and Téa Leoni officially file for divorce

Leoni and Duchovny, who were married for 17 years, filed for divorce in June and cited "an irretrievable breakdown" as the reason for their permanent separation, according to TMZ via People magazine. A source close to the couple also confirmed with People that the couple actually split months ago.

Although Leoni will have primary physical custody of their two children, Kyd, 12, and Madelaine, 15, the two entertainers will share joint custody of their offspring. Duchovny will be required to pay $8,000 a month in child support, along with a whopping $40,000 a month in spousal support. In addition to the monthly support, the former X-Files star will also be required to pay for his children's educational expenses.

Duchovny and Leoni's marriage has been a public roller-coaster ride since August 2008, when Duchovny entered a rehab facility to treat sex addiction. "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction," the Californication actor said at the time in a statement through his lawyer. "I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

Jewel and Husband Ty Murray File for Divorce

After six years of marriage, Jewel and her rodeo cowboy husband Ty Murray have decided to separate.

The 40-year-old singer revealed the news in a blog post today, July 2. “My husband, friend and partner of 16 years and I have decided to get a divorce,” she wrote.

“Ty and I have always tried to live the most authentic life possible, and we wanted our separation as husband and wife to be nothing less loving than the way we came together,” she continued. “We truly believe we can find greater happiness apart than together, and this is why we are taking the enormous and heartbreaking step of divorce.”

Jewel and Murray began dating in 1998 but didn’t marry until the summer of 2008. Three years later, they had their son Kase, who will celebrate his third birthday this month.

“Our dedication to our son is unwavering,” reads a message from both Jewel and Murray on her blog, “and we are both committed to being the best partners in raising our son.”

Beyonce To File For Divorce After Jay-Z’s 15-Year Affair With Mya?

Jay-Z and Beyonce are blowing off cheating rumors that hit the web recently.

The superstar duo continued their tour Sunday night in Philadelphia and put any cheating rumors to rest as they embraced each other on stage.

Their display of affection comes after rumors the rapper cheated on the mother of his child with singer Mya. Various tabloids claimed Jay and Bey were on the brink of a divorce after it came out that the rapper had been having an ongoing affair with the 34-year-old artist since 1999.

Mya denied the rumor over the weekend. Taking to her Instagram account, the singer posted a picture of a statement about the chatter. “Never did, never was, never will. Illegitimate, thirsty sources with no facts.”

It looks like the couple’s 12-year relationship is still going strong, and the gossip was nothing but speculation.

Beintehaa: Zain and Aaliya to file for divorce!

Mumbai: All those who were waiting to see some lovey-dovey moments between Zain aka Harshad Arora and Alia alias Preetika Rao of Colors most popular presentation 'Beintehaa', will have to wait as it is reported that the couple will soon file for a divorce.

Reportedly, in the upcoming episode Zain and Aaliya will have a huge misunderstanding, due to which Zain will ask Aaliya to move out of his house.

We also hear that Aaliya will then marry the new entrant of the show Rehaan aka Nandish Sandhu, who will help her to fight Zubair's case.

New queen of Spain cannot file for divorce

Only husband King Filipe VI can file, not Queen Letizia, according to law — not that she wants to.
                                         
 It may seem like a law from medieval times.

But it has emerged that Spain's new Queen Letizia cannot file for divorce should the couple ever want to split — only her husband can.

New King Felipe VI, cannot be taken to court according to Spanish law, which means Letizia cannot legally separate from him.

"If she tried, it would be blocked," lawyer and academic Veronica del Carpio told the Spanish daily Publico.

The internet has helped drive down the cost of divorce

Latest figures show that 320 couples file for divorce each day, with an increased number splitting during the past few years. Experts say a more buoyant economy - and rising house prices - are behind this, with those who could not afford to split during the recession now initiating this process.

The do-it-yourself route looks cheap, with online providers advertising a "quickie" divorce for as little as £37.

There are additional court fees to pay: they include the £410 fee for filing a divorce petition then a further £45 for the "decree absolute" - the legal document that confirms the divorce has been granted.

But those taking this route should remember that these fees cover divorce papers only; they don't include the cost of sorting out financial or child care arrangements. Often it is legal wrangling about these issues that sends divorce costs spiralling.

Dimpy and Rahul Mahajan file for divorce?

Reality TV couple Dimpy and Rahul Mahajan have reportedly filed for divorce by mutual consent.

Accroding to reports, the couple apparently wanted to skip the the mandatory counselling and six-month separation period as Dimpy was likely to go abroad in the near future.

Rahul and Dimpy Mahajan got married on TV in 2010

But the Family Court Judge IM Bohari rejected their plea on Thursday, saying there was no urgency for special preference.

Both Rahul and Dimpy remained unavailable for comments.

The couple got married during a reality show amidst pomp and show in 2010.

According to reports, Dimpy's alleged closeness with a Dubai-based event management company owner, led to the breakdown of their marriage. Dimpy apparently shifted base to Dubai sometime ago while Rahul is staying in Mumbai.

Incidentally, the couple haven't had a smooth ride since their wedding, as Dimpy had accused Rahul of domestic abuse soon after the marriage.

This is Rahul's second marriage. He was earlier married to Shweta Singh whom, he divorced in 2008.

Japanese woman hoping to divorce husband because he doesn't like 'Frozen'

Disney’s Frozen is now taking over Japan and is already one of the highest grossing films in the country’s history. One woman loved the movie so much that she was disappointed to hear that he husband wasn’t as enthusiastic. So, she’s going to file for divorce. 

After hearing how the movie had become a phenomenon in Japan, the man decided to finally see the movie to please his wife. Unfortunately, he wasn’t impressed and left halfway through the movie. He then made the poor decision to tell his wife how he really felt about it. 

“It’s an OK movie, I guess, but I didn’t really care for it personally,” the man said, according to a post on the Japanese site Kikonsha no Hakaba (“The Gravesite of Married People” in English), reports RocketNews24. He then asked his spouse, “Do you really think it’s that good?”

He meant no harm, but his wife was shocked. 

“If you can’t understand what makes this movie great, there’s something wrong with you as a human being!” she reportedly replied. She then yelled, “I want a divorce!” and moved out to live with her parents. 

Her parents also refuse to speak with him. 

The post did not reveal the names of the man or woman and the New York Post notes that it has not been verified. But if it is a real story, the woman might want to think it over for a second before she says “Let It Go” to her marriage.

Karisma Kapoor and husband Sunjay Kapoor file for divorce

The couple, who have been married for 11 years and have two children together, have filed for a legal separation by mutual consent.

The actress was spotted in Bandra Family Court yesterday morning for the hearing which lasted for over three hours.

Karisma and her estranged husband agreed to an amicable arrangement including the custody of their children Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapoor.

The actress has reportedly allowed Sunjay 'controlled access' to their children after he recently filed a petition for custody.

The Mumbai Mirror reported that the divorce was filed some time ago, but the former couple had kept the news of their formal separation to themselves.

The star married Sunjay Kapur on September 29, 2003. Their first child Samaira was born on March 11, 2005 followed by their son Kiaan on March 12, 2010.

The couple attempted a reconciliation, however the marriage was plagued with rumours of the couple's tumultuous relationship with Sunjay being linked to hotelier Vikram Chatwal's ex-wife Priya Sachdev.

Soon after the birth of their son, Karisma moved back to Mumbai with her children and has lived with her mother Babita since then.

Karisma Kapoor was earlier engaged to Abhishek Bachchan, however the engagement was broken off.
