“Lamar Odom deeply saddened by Khloe Kardashian filing for divorce,” a source close to Lamar Odom told E! News. “He knew it was coming and it was only a matter of time. He felt like he gave his all to try and save the marriage, but ultimately he wasn’t able to.”
Lamar Odom, the 35-year-old NBA free agent, has made headlines in recent months for allegedly stepping out on his marriage and battling with a drug addiction. While numerous media outlets have speculated about the possibility of the 29-year-old “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star’s marital woes, she officially filed for divorce due to irreconcilable CHEESE-khloe-kardashian-lamar-odom-cheating-scandaldifferences Friday, according to The Hollywood Life reports.
While E! reports that the pair have been living apart since the summer and undergone counseling, the source said Odom still cares about Kardashian.
