Pamela Anderson files for divorce from Rick Salomon for second time

The second time around didn't prove to be the charm for Pamela Anderson.

The 47-year-old blond beauty has filed for divorce from Rick Salomon again, the Daily News confirmed.

Anderson first married Salomon, 46, in October 2007 in Las Vegas, but that only lasted two months before she got it annulled.

The couple reunited and Anderson announced they had remarried in January. Now, just six months later, the romance has failed again as she filed for divorce on July 3.

Salomon is known for keeping the company of a bevy of celeb beauties including Paris Hilton, with whom he co-starred in the infamous 2003 sex tape "One Night in Paris."

Actress Huang Yi Files for Divorce for Husband's Infidelity, Domestic Violence

Chinese actress Huang Yi and her husband Huang Yiqing's endless family drama has been displayed constantly to the public since her husband released a piece of news on June 11, titled 'Huang Yi Secretly Meets the Millionaire' through Sina Weibo, the Chinese version of Twitter. Now, Huang Yi is preparing to file for divorce because of her husband's illegal love affairs and his domestic violence against her.

According to a statement released by Huang Yi's Studio on June 16, Huang Yi has suffered domestic violence many times since she married Huang Yiqing. Since her husband's infidelity was exposed, the couple has had a quarrel and Huang Yi had been physically abused and beaten by her husband, who apparently did not care about the fact that she was six months pregnant at the time.

The statement also reveals that out of protection for the child and family, Huang Yi chose to keep silent again and again on her husband's infidelity and violence. In the meantime, the Studio exposed pictures of Huang Yi after she was brutally beaten by her husband, as well as the hospital diagnosis and her husband's letter of apology.

Divorce Court - Helpful Tips

If you have been through divorce then you must be knowing what goes on in a divorce court. If you going to a divorce court for the first time, then it is normal to have last minute nerves. All you need to do is to listen to your attorney, and prepare for the hearing and you will be fine.

The first thing you need to take out from your mind is that whatever happens in a divorce court is not a battle or war. It is a legal process in which both the parties make the case, argue on different issues such as property, alimony and child custody, and then the judge gives a decision.

Given below are some of the helpful tips about divorce courts:

1. There is old saying, “first impression is the last impression.” So make that count. Court hearing is a formal affair so you need to dress in a dignified way. Attorneys suggest that while coming to a court hearing, dress up as if you are going for an important interview. There is no point wearing a dress exposing your legs or a leather jacket full of holes. Impression is important but make sure to dress for success and not for the big impression.
   
2. Be courteous with your spouse and be honest with the lawyer and the judge. If you are hiding something from your lawyer or not telling the truth to the judge, then you are more likely to lose something unless there is a clear proof of a misappropriate act done by the other party. It is seen that people often take divorce court as an opportunity to get back at their spouse; if the other person did wrong with you, then it is okay to be angry. But then court house is not the place to take out your anger. The more honest you will be, the more honest you act, the better impression you will leave.
   
3. A judge has all the authority in the court house. Being smart with the judge or trying to explain everything of your story will not help any way. If your case is being represented by an attorney, then don't speak if you are not asked to. If you are representing your case in the court then only speak when asked. Make your words count and do not waste the court's time.
   
4. There is a common tendency seen in court house that people turn on their people pleaser instinct. This is wrong. If you have gone to the court to testify, then make sure you behave professional. There are tons of such incident when people start guessing or speculating in the court room and end up getting themselves in trouble. Guess answers is a strict no no while testifying . If you don't have the answer to a question , say no and then button your lips.
   
5. Listen to your lawyer and follow all the steps that your lawyer tells you to. Also stay quiet if they ask you to and do not try to contradict them if it is a legal matter. Its okay that you hire an attorney because you are paying that person for their experience in the court room.

Melanie Griffith Files for Divorce From Antonio Banderas

The couple are ending their almost 20-year marriage "in a loving and friendly manner," a rep confirmed to THR.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Melanie Griffith filed for divorce Friday from Antonio Banderas, her husband of 18 years.

For years they were among Hollywood's hottest couples, with Banderas publicly supporting his wife's treatments for addiction and both supporting charitable causes.

Griffith cited irreconcilable differences in the court filing in Los Angeles. The actors were married in 1996 and have a 17-year-old daughter together.

Griffith, 56, is seeking spousal support but is willing to pay her own attorney fees, her filing shows.

Griffith, who has a tattoo of Banderas' first name in a heart on her right shoulder, signed the divorce petition on May 30 but did not specify the date of their separation.

They first worked together on the set of the 1995 romantic comedy "Two Much," Banderas, 53, later directed his wife in the 1999 film "Crazy in Alabama."

In 2011, the couple hosted a fundraiser for President Barack Obama at their Los Angeles home.

Griffith has been married four times, including twice to actor Don Johnson. Banderas has one previous marriage.

Banderas in recent years has served as the voice of the animated character Puss in Boots in the "Shrek" films and starred in Pedro Almodovar's two most recent films, "The Skin I Live In" and "I'm So Excited!"

Griffith was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in the 1998 film "Working Girl." She has recently turned to television work, guest-starring in "Hawaii Five-0," ''Hot in Cleveland" and "Raising Hope." In 2003, she won praise for her role in the Broadway revival of "Chicago."

Katharine McPhee Finally Files for Divorce 7 Months after Kissing Scandal

It’s been 7 months since the photographs of Katherine McPhee making out with her SMASH director, was exposed. This scandal has brought an end to the six years long marriage of actress Katharine McPhee and Nick Cokas.

Though the couple parted ways a year ago, it was after the scandal came to public light that the decision of dissolution of marriage was taken. Though the scandal has been exposed, the two maintain that they will remain friends and would like privacy in these troubled times.

Actress McPhee made her last public appearance at the CBS Summer Soiree event in West Hollywood on May 19, where she promoted her new series Reckless.

McPhee was already separated from her husband, Nick Cokas for a few months. However, this separation was not known to the public, for a long time. The couple was separated for a year, after completing six blissful years of marriage.

The actress found herself in the middle of the biggest controversy of 2013, when her kissing act with Morris in LA came to public eye. This incident happened several months after the NBC show was cancelled. 

  

As the scandal came out in the open, McPhee was mortified as per her friends. She found herself in an embarrassing situation, given the fact that Morris was married to actress Mary McCormack with three young daughters.   

The American Idol star was so embarrassed with the scandal that she hadn’t made many public appearances since the scandal.

After the scandal was over both, McPhee and Morris tried to save their respective marriages. Morris did get back his married life back with his wife and three lovely daughters. Katherine McPhee however, was trying to save her marriage with 49 years old Nick Cokas. 

During the peak of the scandal, a source quoted, “She is SO embarrassed she was caught ... she should have known better!” Whatever may have been the state of mind of the actress, she wasn’t lucky enough to continue her marriage. The kissing scandal got the better of her!

Malaysia and soon-to-be-ex husband Jannero Pargo were married in 2006. The reality star claims that she and the Charlotte Hornets NBA player have been separated since December of 2012. I guess that would explain why he's never featured on the show!

Malaysia concludes, "At this time we do not wish to discuss the details of our divorce. We ask that you keep our family in your prayers."
